Also, senior project managers and other management need to be able to get a snap shot of how all those projects are doing from a single location.

BrightWork pmPoint's Program Management Office (PMO) is a multiple template that offers high levels of process so that senior project managers and other management can both oversee all projects and manage projects about projects from a single location.

This template is designed for the quick establishment of a PMO where the team wants a process to manage the PMO as well as roll-up selected items from multiple projects.  This template has a set of default reports that can be used or customizable - under the following five headings: Projects, My Work, Work, Issues and Resource Management.

If you just need to rollup information about the projects, then perhaps the Project Office template is the template to use.
