Business Challenge

Many organizations have any number of projects of differing types and styles – some with a small amount of process and some with a large amount of process. We find that many organizations do not always need a large process to manage across these many projects.

Some of these groups like to ‘manage by exception’ by only tracking project statuses and the issues related to the those projects. They do not wish to report or meta-manage the other details related to the projects e.g. actions, tasks, deliverables, risks, etc.

The Issue Office template is an out of the box enhanced SharePoint template that crawls through many project sites and returns project statuses and issues in a flexible reporting environment.
